The Director Kirill Serebrennikov at the meeting in Moscow city court thanked all the people who vouched for him. About it the correspondent of RBC from the courtroom.
“They are seeking trial for me, because I know that the charges that I looking at, and who I really am, is incompatible. This case is fabricated,” said the Director.
In Moscow city court consider the appeal on house arrest Serebrennikov. During the meeting, the Director’s lawyer filed a motion to amend the list of guarantors for another 30 people. They include mark Zakharov, Inna Churikova, Alexander Sokurov, Dmitry Dyuzhev, Valery Meladze and others.
Earlier on 4 September, the actor Oleg Basilashvili posted to Facebook of his daughter a letter in support of the government. In it, he called the case against the Director of “phantasmagoria” which “will burst like a soap bubble.” Basilashvili said he sympathizes with because of the fact that pieces of silver have lost time as a result of litigation, noting that “new experiences, and new feelings will not be in vain and will respond in the new work.”
