About 100 thousand voters have expressed their desire to vote on 10 September not at the place of registration
MOSCOW, September 4. /TASS/. The number of voters who submitted statements about wanting to vote on 10 September at the election of the Governor or the legislative Assembly is not the place of registration, and by place of residence, closer to 100 thousand. This was announced on Monday, Deputy Chairman of the CEC of the Russian Federation Nikolay Bulaev.
“To date filed such statements about 100 thousand. Of course, the greatest number filed in the TECs and PECs, more than 12 thousand filed in the multipurpose centers”, — he said at a seminar for representatives of political parties dedicated to the observation of elections September 10.
Last week it was reported about 47 thousands of applications.
Bulaev noted that initially, the CEC was skeptical about the idea of applying to the IFC, considering that “it is unusual for the voter to solve such problems in the DCP”.
“We must pay tribute, has done a great work on the software as activities of Ticks and the PEC and MFC. The Ministry of communications its part has passed, the MFC are active, applications are accepted”, — said the Chairman of the CEC.
Statements could be submitted through the unified portal of public services. “As a single portal of public services, we have assumed that the demand will be small. Today through the portal, where 40 million active users that are verified, this service was used by not many people, about 4 thousand,” said Bulaev.
