Women who have given birth to the child during the period of study in secondary and higher educational institutions received the right transition from Department to budget. The corresponding order published on the official portal of legal information.
The document amends the decree No. 443 was approved in June 2013.
It is clarified that the condition for transfer is the absence of academic debts, disciplinary penalties and debts on payment of training.
Also eligible to transfer, students who have passed two sessions preceding the submission of the statement on the evaluation “good” or “excellent”; the orphans and children left without parental care; students who have only one parent — disabled group I (the average family income in this case should be below the subsistence minimum in the region); as well as those lost during the training of both parents or the only parent.
