Russia concerned by NATO’s efforts to change the military-political situation in the Euro-Atlantic area, said Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, speaking to students at MGIMO.
“Of particular concern are the persistent efforts by NATO to change the military-political situation in the Euro-Atlantic area, including building a military presence and infrastructure in the border regions of Russia, including, of course, the creation of the European segment of the us global missile-defense” , — said Lavrov.
