The state Department has warned tourists about the constant threat of terrorist attacks throughout Europe
WASHINGTON, September 1. /TASS/. The US state Department on Thursday warned the country’s citizens about the continuing threat of terrorist attacks throughout Europe. The Agency has extended the corresponding statement for American tourists.

“The Department of state warns U.S. citizens about the continuing threat of terrorist attacks throughout Europe. This notice, for travel valid till 30 Nov 2017. Recent widely publicized incidents in France, Russia, Sweden, the UK, Spain and Finland indicate that the “Islamic state”, “al-Qaeda” (both groups were banned in Russia — approx. TASS) and related structures have the opportunity to plan and carry out terrorist attacks in Europe”, — the document says.
Diplomats stress that the American foreign Ministry “is concerned about the possibility [of implementation] of the potential of terrorist attacks” in Europe, despite the fact that EU governments “continue to conduct counter-terrorism operations.” The Agency warned that in Europe, the Americans “always need to exercise caution in connection with the possibility” that extremists “may attack”.
