The Russian President started a public lesson in Yaroslavl

President Vladimir Putin began an open lesson “Russia looking into the future”. The event takes place in Yaroslavl, where the President arrived earlier than 1 September, reports TASS.

The Day of knowledge, Putin held a videoconference to communicate with students from different regions of the country. “We are in regular contact with 16 thousand schools, over one million students are ready online to connect to our lesson,” — told reporters the presidential envoy in the Central Federal district Alexander Beglov.

Open lesson with participation of the Russian leader is part of the events held in the framework of the forum “Future intellectual leaders of Russia” in Yaroslavl. It was launched on 1 September, will conclude the 4th. The library hosts lectures and master classes by leading innovative domestic companies about the technologies and jobs of the future.

Putin visits schools annually on the Day of knowledge. In 2016 he communicated with the students in Vladivostok. A year before this President came in, created on his initiative educational center “Sirius” in Sochi. The head of state spoke about the benefits of education, the dangers of confusion and explained why the ruble weakened.
