The children’s Ombudsman discussed with Kadyrov return of children from Iraq and Syria

Authorized under the President of Russia for children’s rights Anna Kuznetsova during a working visit to Grozny on 31 August met the head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov. During the meeting they discussed further actions for the return of minors from war-torn Iraq and Syria, reported the press service of Ombudsman for children.

Kuznetsov thanked Kadyrov for the return of children from areas of armed clashes. “And as a mom, and as Commissioner for the rights of the child thanks not only for the fact that you have returned the children, but also gave hope to the families of those who have not yet returned,” she said.

Kadyrov said that he himself, like thousands living in the Republic of the people “war child”. “The main factor — to be together, not dividing nationalities. We can help,” — said the head of Chechnya, noting the gain at the Federal level work for the back.

25 Aug Kadyrov reported that in Grozny from Iraq arrived injured nine-year-old Maryam Shigabutdinov, sisters Khadijah and Fatima Zinukova (five years and three years), as well as a three-year Sultan Murad Aliyev and Ali Magomedov. Then the head of Chechnya noted that “the kids were in the throes of chaos Mosul because of the criminal folly of parents who have joined the ranks of terrorists and dogs of hell”, and their salvation became possible thanks to execution of the instructions of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.
