Nikkei: Patrushev in early September, will visit Japan before the meeting between Putin and Abe on the WEF

The Secretary of the Russian security Council Nikolai Patrushev going in early September to visit Japan ahead of the meeting President of Russia Vladimir Putin with Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe in Vladivostok on the sidelines of the Eastern economic forum (WEF).
