The court in St. Petersburg fined 100 thousand rubles, the clinic, the doctor who provided anesthesia in the dental hospital, where on 2 June he died a choreographer and coach at the Mariinsky theatre Sergei Vikharev. Clinic “Center for integrative medicine — Inhaled” was brought to administrative responsibility under part 4 of article 14.1. Administrative code (“Implementation of business activity with rough violation of license requirements”).
It was established that the organization has the right to provide services for anesthesiology and intensive care on the road.
On August 4, RIA Novosti reported that the court has fined on 200 thousand rubles institution “Clinic of Dr. Livshits”, providing dental services, but not possessing the license for implementation of works and services in anesthesiology and resuscitation. For this reason, the hospital invited an anesthesiologist from the “Center of integrative medicine — Inhaled”.
