MOSCOW, 31 Aug — RIA Novosti. “Bullying” is gradually disappearing from the army, the number of cases of hazing have fallen more than 6%, said in an interview to “the Russian newspaper” the chief military Prosecutor of the Russian Federation Valery Petrov.

“Clearly reduces the number of manifestations of the so-called hazing, which has long tortured so our army. The number of cases of hazing have fallen more than 6%. “Bullying” is an informal hierarchical system of relations in a closed or semi-closed group, based on discrimination on the duration of stay in the team, is a form of hazing.
