KIEV, August 30 — RIA Novosti. Journalist of the First channel Anna Kurbatov forcibly returned to Russia, said the press-Secretary of the security Service of Ukraine Elena Gitlyanskaya in Facebook.
Earlier it became known that Kurbatov, was abducted in Kiev. Grabbed her close to home, put in the car and drove away. The first channel did not exclude her detention SBU.
“The Russian propaganda Anna Kurbatova will be forcibly returned to Russia. Ukraine is a legal state, its law enforcement agencies are acting within the framework of existing legislation. At the moment we are preparing the necessary documents for formal expulsion. It will be with anyone who allows himself to shame Ukraine”, — wrote Gitlyanskaya.
The Kremlin has no information about the kidnapping Kurbatova, but will make every effort to clarify the situation, said press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov. The foreign Ministry noted that finding out the circumstances of the disappearance of the journalist.
It became known yesterday that Kurbatova appeared in the database, the infamous Ukrainian site of the “Peacemaker”. Correspondent in recent years has been coverage of events in Ukraine.
