MOSCOW, August 29. /TASS/. The adoption by the United States adopted nuclear bomb B61-12 can lower the threshold of use of nuclear weapons.
This was stated by TASS Director of the Department for nonproliferation and arms control, the Russian foreign Ministry Mikhail Ulyanov.
