WASHINGTON, Aug 27 — RIA Novosti, Tatyana Kalmykova. The building that houses the Consulate General of Russia in Houston, was in the area of flooding and access to it yet, told RIA Novosti the Russian Consul General in Houston Alexander Pisarev.

“We have a building of Consulate General, we rent a room in an office building in Houston. There flooded the area around this building, it was in the flooded area. We have warned the fellow who signed up for tomorrow at the reception, that reception will not be tomorrow. It is obvious that this situation (tomorrow) will not be corrected”, — said the Agency interlocutor.
