Crimea mastered 22% from 52.2 billion rubles allocated in the framework of target program for 2017

Republic of Crimea, as of August 1, mastered more than 22% from 52.2 billion rubles allocated for the implementation of the Federal target program (FTP) for socio-economic development in 2017. This was reported by TASS Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the region Vitaly Nahlupin.

“The total limit, brought the Crimea under the Federal program this year, — 52,235 billion. As of August 1, the amount that is disbursed is 11.5 billion rubles [or 22%]. On September 1 this figure will change significantly” , — told the Agency interlocutor. According to him, in August on the program, the Republic must learn to 6.2 billion rubles, in September — 10.3 billion rubles in October — 13 billion roubles, in November — 6 billion rubles, in December 4 billion.

“We are working to [until year end] cash to master, because otherwise, by law, the money will not be used, subject to seizure. And we understand that we or the budget of the Republic will have to complete these objects, or get unfinished,” said Nahlupin.

He added that in the last two months of the execution of the cash plan in the Federal program was 95-97%. “We went into the working rut, we very much hope that we will fulfill cash plan” — said Deputy Prime Minister.

The Federal program of socio-economic development of Crimea and Sevastopol until 2020 was adopted in August 2014. The goal of the program is the modernization of engineering, transport and social infrastructure of the region. In mid-July 2015 curator FTP became the Ministry of economic development. The main objects of funding are vitally important for Crimea infrastructure projects (Federal highway Tauris , autopatched to the Kerch bridge, power generation facilities).

According to the Minister of Finance of Crimea Irina Kiviko in 2016 with plan development under the Federal target program of 20.8 billion rubles Crimea mastered 20.5 billion or 98.6 per cent.
