The Minister of internal Affairs of Russia Vladimir Kolokoltsev presented to the personnel of the audit Department of the MIA of Russia a new leader Nikolay Pilyugin.
His career he started in the position of the militiaman of the patrol service. He served in the criminal investigation on the lines of crime against property. Directed the activities of the units of the criminal unit in one of the regions of the Central Federal district, and the last five years was head of the interior Ministry of Russia in the Ryazan region.
The Minister expressed confidence that Nikolai Pilyugin familiar with the specifics of financial and economic activities of the interior Ministry and will do everything to organize effective work of the audit service.
“Today the question of protection of budget funds allocated to the Department, remains one of the most important”, — stressed Vladimir Kolokoltsev, identified a number of key areas for immediate response.
The head of Department is required to strengthen the monitoring of priority expenditures, to intensify the suppression of the facts of unreasonable expenses, minimize financial losses. At the same time, special attention should be paid to the correctness of the calculations of the payment of salaries, wages, benefits and compensation. Among the most important tasks of the KRU of the interior Ministry — the detection and prevention of irregularities in public procurement.
“In each case of not complying with the law procedures and restrictions should be thoroughly checked”, — reminded Vladimir Kolokoltsev.
