Trump called why banned transgender people to serve in the army

In the text he States that he instructed the Minister of defense and Minister of internal security “to return to acting for a long time until June 2016 policy towards transgender people in military service”.
Trump has listed what the negative side would be Obama’s decision to lift the ban: the loss of efficiency of the army, increase spending on its content, the violation of the coherence of individual units.
The Memorandum also prohibits the Pentagon to use its resources to carry out sex change operations soldiers. The ministries of defence and internal security, he ordered himself to decide how to deal with transgender people, who already serve in the armed forces of the United States.
The relevant law will come into force on 23 March 2018.
