A few days ago, the local authorities signed four contracts for 25 billion roubles, for the launch of pharmaceutical production, production of blood products, construction of greenhouses and tractors, reported Lyubimov. On 14 February, Vladimir Putin accepted the resignation of Oleg Kovalev, who headed the Ryazan region since 2008. The same day he was appointed acting head of the region, the former Deputy of the state Duma from “United Russia” Nikolay Lyubimov.
