KUBINKA /Moscow region/, August 25. /TASS/. The Russian military used during the operation in Syria a new way of organizing a secure system. This was at a round table dedicated to the experience of the use of troops in Syria, said the head of the Main Directorate of communications of the RF armed forces – Deputy chief of the General staff of the armed forces Lieutenant-General Khalil Arslanov.
