In South Carolina, the freed hostages in the restaurant

MOSCOW, 24 Aug — RIA Novosti. The police released all the hostages that the gunman held one of the restaurants in the city of Charleston in the U.S. state of South Carolina, reports channel 5 News Live.

Earlier it was reported that unknown armed man dressed as an employee of the kitchen, locked the front door of the institution, declaring himself “the new king of Charleston”. According to some reports, the restaurant had about 30 people.

In the shooting in the restaurant, one person died, another was wounded. The perpetrator himself was injured by police during the operation to free the hostages. He is in critical condition.
