Methods of adjustment of the municipal filter on gubernatorial elections will be discussed at the site of the CEC, the parties and the experts after the election on 10 September, said the CEC head, Ella Pamfilova.
Elections of different levels will be held in Russia in the uniform voting day on September 10 in 82 of the 85 regions, voting will not only in Ingushetia, Saint-Petersburg and Magadan region. In 16 subjects of the Federation will choose governors in six to be elected by deputies of regional parliaments.

What I am definitely sure what to adjust this rule must, it is said the whole experience of the campaign, which is being held,” said Pamfilova, answering questions of participants of the international youth legal forum “Arvola”.
However, as she said, the question remains how deeply it is necessary to reform the municipal filter.
“We are now trying to collect materials. Most likely, by the end of September, when the elections are held, will gather representatives of political parties, experts, and stakeholders in order to present this topic from all sides to consider,” — said the CEC head.
