Putin in Sochi will meet with the Prime Minister of Israel, the Vatican’s Secretary of state and the President of Armenia

MOSCOW, August 23. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin plans to spend time in Sochi. As have informed in a press-service of the Kremlin, the working schedule of the head of state is going to be very rich: Putin will hold talks with Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu, who will visit Russia on a brief working visit, will take in his residence state Secretary of Vatican Pietro parolin, and will also meet with President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan.

Counter-terrorism

The key topic of talks with the Israeli Prime Minister, according to the Kremlin, will be the situation in the middle East and, in particular, the problem of combating international terrorism. “Will exchange opinions on development of bilateral relations and the situation in the middle East, primarily in Syria, the fight against international terrorism and the Palestinian-Israeli settlement, as well as other topics of regional and global agenda”, – stated in the release of the press service.
