MOSCOW, August 21. /TASS/. Russia will study the statement of the United States to suspend the issuance of visas to Russian citizens before giving a response to the restrictions. This was stated on Monday the Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov.

“I can say only one thing: we won’t disrupt the evil on American citizens. That is, if anyone was hoping that in this case, a bad example is contagious, it is mistaken”, – said the head of the foreign Ministry.
Lavrov called the U.S. decision to attempt to cause discontent of citizens of the Russian Federation. “The first impression is that the American authors of these solutions started another attempt to cause discontent of the Russian citizens by the actions of the Russian authorities”, – he stressed.
