Member of the U.S. house of representatives Zo Lofgren introduced in Congress a draft resolution directing the sending of President Donald trump on medical and psychiatric examination, which will determine whether he is able to hold the position of head of state. On Friday, August 18, reports the Mercury News.
Lofgren pointed out that, in her opinion, trump may detect the initial stage of dementia. Also, the project requires to be subjected to examination by Vice-President Mike Pence.
She noted that the President “is pretty strange behavior and speech of concern”.
After that, Lofgren offers to determine whether trump and his team to lead the country.
Twenty-fifth amendment to the U.S. Constitution defines the procedure of establishment of temporary incapacity of the President, when the Vice President acts as acting President.
