Kadyrov: five in Iraq of Russian children will soon be able to return home

MOSCOW, August 17. /TASS/. The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov held a meeting with Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on international Affairs Ziyad Sabsabi and discussed the issues of the return of Russian children brought their parents to the scene of hostilities in the middle East. About it on Thursday wrote on his Instagram.

“Today I put before the representative of the head of the Chechen Republic in the Middle East and North Africa, Senator Ziyad Sabsabi new challenges. First of all encouraged him to expand the search area for kids, — Kadyrov wrote. — He said that has data on 28 children — citizens of Russia, they are from different regions. According to Ziyad Sabsabi, some of them located in military prisons together with the surviving father or mother. Kadyrov said that the return from Iraq and Syria of Russian children is a “vital political, social and humanitarian value.”

On August 4 the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, said in a Telegram that its representatives visited the orphanage “al-Salihiya” in Baghdad, where they found six children who, presumably, are citizens of the Russian Federation. According to Kadyrov, the other shelters in Baghdad are from 35 to 40 Russian citizens and up to 100 citizens of the CIS, and as much again — in the area of Mosul and Kurdistan. On August 10 the head of Chechnya wrote on his page in Instagram that relatives of four Russian children who have found shelter in Iraq it is found in Dagestan. Kadyrov added that the Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on international Affairs, a native of the city of Aleppo, Ziad Sabsabi will soon travel to Iraq to assist children from Russia.
