Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the acting head of the Kaliningrad region Anton Alikhanov to pay attention to the complaints of the residents of the region received in a straight line. On Wednesday, August 16, reports TASS.

“It is clear that you are not able to bear all the responsibility here not long ago but nevertheless, you today, the region is headed, and I draw your attention to what I’m talking about the people living here”, — Putin said, passing Alikhanov “the green folder” with citizens.

According to the President, residents of Kaliningrad have complained about the condition of the housing stock and the need for major repairs, as well as the problem with gasification.

In addition, the President pointed to deforestation and the illegal extraction of sand. Putin also cited the critical comments of the residents of a district for construction of the GOK for the extraction of potash-magnesium salts, and recommended Alikhanov “to see what is happening there.”

Another issue that was mentioned by the President was overcrowding in one of the schools of Kaliningrad: a school designed for 700 students, but it has over a thousand.

After a straight line, held on 15 June, Vladimir Putin ordered his administration to analyze all the issues not fall into the ether. Critical comments are passed to the governors in the same folder green. The first of the governors they received the head of the Oryol region Vadim Potomsky. To develop them has also been commissioned by the acting head of Mari El Alexander Evstifeev, the head of Kalmykia Alexey Orlov and the Governor of St. Petersburg Georgy Poltavchenko and the Pskov region Andrei Turchak.
