Lost wedding ring found on carrot 13 years later
84-year-old resident of the canadian Mary Alberta Graham was able to return the lost 13 years ago a diamond ring after it was found on carrots, dug in her garden.
In 2004, a woman lost the ring, weeding the garden on the family farm. Mary was devastated, but chose to keep the loss a secret from everyone except his son. She bought a similar but cheaper ring all these years and wore them as if nothing had happened.

On Monday her sister-in-law, now living on the farm, has suddenly solved the mystery by finding the ring when washed the dirt from the curve of the carrots dug up in the garden for dinner.

Carrots growing right through the ring, lost many years in the soil, allowing the jewelry to be on the surface.

Mary’s son Graham knew immediately who can belong to the ring, and called his mother.
Now the woman regrets that hid the truth from her husband, who died 5 years ago. According to her, the husband was a big man and, perhaps, would find this story pretty funny.
