Chubais told about “striking dignity” Alexei Ulyukayev
The head of “RUSNANO” Anatoly Chubais commented on the words of ex-Minister of economic development Alexei Ulyukayev on the prospects of the trial.
Before judicial session on the case of the speaker, the investigative Committee asked the ex-Minister of economic development of Russia the question about the outcome of his case. Ulyukaev said that “it is finished”. “Positive?” — asked the correspondent of RBC. “From a historical point of view positively,” said Ulukau.
Anatoly Chubais on his personal page in Facebook quoted Ulyukayev wrote: “Alex has always been a balanced person and now demonstrated a remarkable calm and dignity.”
Alexei Ulyukayev was detained November 15, 2016 in the office of the company “Rosneft” when receiving a bribe of $2 million against it criminal case under part 6 St. 290 criminal code (bribery by a person holding a state post of the Russian Federation, in especially large size).
Itself the speaker called the matter in which he is accused of extortion, provocation, organized by the FSB and personally the head of “Rosneft” Igor Sechin.
During the preliminary hearing in his case on 8 August it became known that the prosecution said Sechin as a witness on the trial of the former head of Ministry of economic development.
The first hearing on the case of ex-Minister took place on the morning of 16 August. The next court session on the case of the speaker scheduled for 1 September.
