The Taliban asked trump to withdraw troops from Afghanistan

Radical movement “the Taliban” (banned in Russia) sent an open letter to the US President Donald Trump, urging the American leader to withdraw troops from Afghanistan. It is reported by Khaama Press.

The militants claim that continuing violence in Afghanistan has a direct relationship with the presence of foreign forces, which are named in the letter “occupation”. According to the Taliban, they foment war in the country, pursuing his own interests.

Also, the Taliban accused the U.S.-led coalition in the destruction of Afghanistan, which has turned the country into one of the worst in the world from the point of view of security, governance and Economics.

As pointed out by Khaama Press, the appeal of the Taliban was distributed in connection with US plans to send to Afghanistan an additional military unit or have operations in the country private military company Blackwater.

At the moment are in Afghanistan, 8.4 thousand of the us military. They mainly train the local troops, but often they have to participate in the fighting against the Taliban.
