The FSB explained why the lake was Sweet in Kazakhstan
NOVOSIBIRSK, 16 Aug — RIA Novosti. Sweet lake appeared on the territory of Kazakhstan due to the fact that over time shrunken, state border in this place has not changed, said border guard Department of FSB across the Novosibirsk region.

Later, the press service of the Kazakh Embassy in Russia has said that the border remained at the same place and, as before, shares the pond “in the ratio of 70:30 in favor of Kazakhstan.” First Vice-speaker of the legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk region Andrey Panferov denied “Kommersant” reports about the transfer to Kazakhstan of the Russian part of the lake.
“Local residents are accustomed that the state border is somewhere in the middle of the lake, and continued to walk to the shore to hunt.
