The police of Balakovo of the Saratov region have detained a 38-year-old homeless man, suspected of fraud. The measure of restraint for him elected house arrest, said on Tuesday, August 15, the local portal “Vzglyad-info” with reference to the summary of law enforcement agencies.
As says the publication, against men opened a criminal case under part 3 of article 159 of the criminal code (“Fraud with use of official position”). The occasion was the appeal of the 44-year-old woman. According to her, January 11, when drawing up the contract of sale in the MFC on Lenin street unknown took her money and left. Details are not specified.
Later investigators were able to establish the identity of the attacker. It is noted that the man was already judged earlier for fraud and theft.
In October last year it was reported that the homeless in the Kemerovo region, who stole from a local resident a bag with money and documents, fell into a coma, a lot of products that have acquired the money. In July of the same year, a homeless patient of one of hospitals of Yaroslavl escaped from the hospital with a connected apparatus for measuring heart rhythms and sold it.
