At the Mall Yolka in Yoshkar-Ola hand four-year old girl tightened between the railing and the stairs of the escalator. This was reported on the website of Mari services salvage and rescue and environmental work on Tuesday, August 15.
“The hand of the girl was removed using tool combo scissors. The girl was handed over to physicians”, — noted in the text.
Signal about the incident was received by rescuers in the afternoon. The incident took place, presumably, when the child descended, sitting on the steps of the escalator.
