MOSCOW, 12 Aug — RIA Novosti. The Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov on Saturday discussed by telephone with the Minister of foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Adel bin Ahmed al-Jubeir topical issues of further development of mutually beneficial Russian-Saudi relations and the schedule of contacts at various levels, according to a statement on the foreign Ministry website.
“The foreign Ministers of Russia and Saudi Arabia discussed the issues of further development of mutually beneficial Russian-Saudi relations, including a schedule of relevant contacts at various levels”, — stated in the message.
In this case, “solidarity was expressed the view that a consistent promotion of comprehensive relations the long-term interests of the two countries, helping ensure peace and stability at regional and international arenas,” said the Minister.
“The Ministers agreed to continue meaningful dialogue on ways of resolving the continuing middle East crisis situations”, — noted on the website of the Russian foreign Ministry.
