Taylor swift sued one dollar in the case of sexual harassment

American singer Taylor swift won the lawsuit with DJ David Muller, whom she accused of harassment. The court decided to collect from the defendant in favor of the artist the symbolic payment of one dollar, writes the New York Post.

Swift thanked his lawyers for their work. “I hope to be able to help people whose voices must also be heard. So I’m going to donate money to various organizations that help victims of sexual violence,” said the singer.

It is noted that the actress was crying on court during the performance of the defendant’s attorney Gabe Mcfarland. The one at the meeting argued that if Mueller really was molested swift, it was handed to him in the court in 2015 — two years after the incident — and before.

The incident occurred in June 2013, when Mueller and his girlfriend was photographed with swift after one of her concerts. The singer said that the DJ while shooting “pulled up her skirt and grabbed the buttocks”. After a few days, Muller was fired from the radio station KYGO. The man felt that this happened because of the accusations of the performer.
