Moscow mayor’s office approved the first sites for the resettlement of residents from five-storey buildings under the program of renovation. On Monday, August 14, write “Vedomosti” with reference to the document, the authenticity of which affirmed the Deputy mayor of Moscow Marat Khusnullin.
Just seen 323 of the launch pad, which plans to build 5.8 million square meters of housing, including 237 priority with the possibility of construction of the 4.3 million “squares”. The approved list is 113 objects, among which there are already ready and under construction homes, Parking lots, dilapidated buildings and vacant lots. The remaining objects are still in the discussion stage.
One of the main criteria of selection of sites is the maximum proximity to the area of the renovation: “We believe that 85 to 90 percent of Muscovites are not in their neighborhoods, and in neighborhoods,” — said Khusnullin.
The resettlement of residents from dilapidated housing demolition will begin in the fall of 2017. The first thing the renovation will affect the Beskudnikovo in the North of Moscow. Authorities have promised to Muscovites to allocate apartments in new buildings in their districts or, at least, in the next. While new housing will be 25-35 percent more expensive than the previous market value, say at city hall.
In February to demolish Moscow Khrushchev and build in their place new housing the city hall requested the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.
