Moscow. August 12. INTERFAX.RU — more than 650 million rubles will be allocated from the reserve Fund of the government of the Russian Federation on payments to residents of Primorye affected by the floods, reported the press service of the regional EMERCOM.

“To provide citizens with financial assistance at the expense of the Federal budget prepared a draft decree of the government of the Russian Federation on allocation from reserve Fund of the government of the Russian Federation for prevention and liquidation of emergencies and consequences of natural disasters of the Primorsky territory administration budget allocation of more than $ 650 million rubles”, — stated in the message.

These funds are intended to provide one-time financial assistance, compensation for loss of property of the first necessity, the report States.

Now in parts of the region are 68 committees to assess the damage caused by the flood. Already surveyed more than 1.4 thousand houses and yards.

Earlier it was reported that the residents of the Primorsky territory affected by heavy rains, will receive assistance from the Federal budget. On behalf of the President of the Russian Federation of EMERCOM of Russia prepared the documents for allocation of budgetary appropriations from reserve Fund of the government of the Russian Federation to assist the victims of the floods in Primorsky Krai.

Suffering from the consequences of the flood will be provided one-time financial assistance in the amount of 10 thousand rubles, and also paid compensation in 50 thousand roubles for partial loss of property and 100 thousand roubles, for completely lost.

In the result of heavy rains in the Primorsky territory in six districts, 35 settlements were flooded more than 2.5 thousand houses in which live more than 16.9 million people. Now the flood situation stabiliziruemost.
