Officials and law enforcement officers, fired for corruption, is scheduled to be included in the black list for two years. The relevant provision was prepared by the Ministry of labour and social protection of Russia, it is published on the portal of legal acts on Friday, August 11.
In the registry, according to the project, will be the name of the offender, insurance number of individual personal account (SNILS) and taxpayer identification number (TIN). However, the information about which specific violations made people in the civil service, in the public domain will not be published.
The reason for the exception name involved in corruption from the registry, in addition to the expiration of the two-year period may be the cancellation of the order for his dismissal.
Proposed by the Ministry of labour rules submitted for public discussion.
About 400 Russian officials were fired for corruption during the first half of 2017, announced in late July, Prosecutor General Yury Chaika.
1 July the President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed the law on creation of the list of officials, law enforcement officers and servicemen, dismissed in connection with loss of trust for corruption. It can get, in particular, the state civil and municipal servants, employees of the Central Bank, the customs authority and the Investigative Committee.
The bill was passed by the Parliament on 7 June and approved by the Federation Council on June 28. It is expected that the document will come into force in 2018.
