The founder of CJSC “Nizhny Tagil plant insulation products” (NZTI) Denis Kokorin charged with committing crimes under three articles of the Criminal code should be the message of the Investigative Committee.
According to authorities, Kokorin is accused of non-payment of workers wages, fraud by abuse of official position and concealment of funds of the company from taxes.
According to the investigation, only from December 2015 to January 2017 workers NZTI was not paid salary for total amount of over 7.5 million rubles, and the total amount sheltered from taxation of the funds reached 5 million rubles.
In addition, investigators revealed the embezzlement of nzti for the sum more than 22 million rubles.
“According to the materials of the criminal case, fraud in especially large size has been committed in the period from June 2013 to may 2015 the accused through abuse of trust second owner, who instructed him the proper way to control financial and economic activities of society and by cheating employees”, — underlined in the message of SK.
