The mayor of the city of Cherepovets in the Vologda region Yuri Kuzin decided to retire and not run for a second term. He said this at a meeting with Governor of the region Oleg Kuvshinnikov, reports the official portal of the government of the region on Wednesday, August 9.

I thought, all weighed up and agreed. In this regard, do not plan to apply for participation in the competitive selection of the mayor of the city,” he said.
