The number of victims of earthquake in China has risen to nine
BEIJING, 8 Aug — RIA Novosti. The number of victims of the powerful earthquake in Sichuan province in southwest China has risen to 9 people, and the number of victims increased up to 135 people, according to local authorities.
Previously reported seven dead and 88 injured.
“The earthquake of magnitude 7 in Jiuzhaigou already killed nine people, including six tourists, two locals, the identity of one of the deceased is not established”, — is spoken in the message published on the official page in Weibo administration Nhava-Tibetan-Tsenskogo Autonomous district.

It is also reported that the earthquake injured 135 people, including 32 people suffered severe or moderate injuries, another 103 men escaped with minor injuries.
An earthquake of magnitude 6.5 occurred in 21.19 (16.19 GMT) in Jiuzhaigou, Ngawa-Tibetan-Camscom Autonomous district of Sichuan province. Later, the Chinese seismological centre said that the earthquake magnitude was 7. After that there were more than 100 aftershocks.
