Pyatigorsk vandals tore off the hat to monument Kisho Vorobjaninova

Unknown tore off the bronze hat from the monument to the hero of “the Twelve chairs” Kise Vorobyaninov set in the resort part of Pyatigorsk (Stavropol Krai). About it reports a press-service of the city administration.
