Moscow. 8 Aug. INTERFAX.RU — the Zamoskvoretsky court of Moscow extended for six months the house arrest of the former Minister of economic development Alexei Ulyukayev, who is accused of receiving a bribe in 2 million dollars, the correspondent of “Interfax”.

Thus, the court granted the Prosecutor’s motion, the arrest Ulyukayev extended until 27 January 2018.

The court also refused the protection of the speaker in the termination of the case.

“During the preliminary hearings lawyers Ulyukayev said the petition for termination of proceedings in connection with the lack of evidence,” the Prosecutor told reporters Tuesday.
