“In the previous program we have the finish was economy class, it is much cheaper. Today the finish has become more expensive, and it is more than 11 thousand rubles per square meter”, — he said, stressing that the city will receive the apartment, decorated with comfort class prepared to stay.
According to the government finish standards, published on the website of the city hall, in the new apartments will be insulated entrance door with enhanced sound insulation Windows with triple glazing and mosquito net. The base color of the Wallpaper and tiles will be white.
The area around the houses will also equip the new standards. “As much as possible, where possible, we will do private courtyards without cars given its support firefighter travel, walking paths, playgrounds, sites for training and quiet rest, with landscaping and lighting,” — said Khusnullin. He added that in the neighborhoods will be installed surveillance cameras and improved lighting created.
The final list of houses to be demolished, entered 5144 buildings, which are home to about a million people. Under renovation hit the five-story building, about one hundred and nine -, and two – and three-story buildings. The final decision on inclusion in the program were the residents of the houses — it had the consent of more than two thirds of the owners.
The beginning of the resettlement is scheduled for autumn 2017. The first district will be Beskudnikovo in the North of Moscow.
