Tillerson said the U.S. desire to work with Russia

U.S. Secretary of state Rex Tillerson said the United States wants to work with Russia, and it would be pointless to stop when, due to existing disagreements between the two countries. About it reports Reuters.

Also, according to Tillerson, he informed Russia that the United States by September 1 will respond to the demand of Moscow to reduce the staff of American diplomats, the Associated Press reports.

On 2 August President of the United States Donald trump signed a law on new anti-sanctions, which Congress passed on July 27. The document provides for certain restrictions regarding the possibility of funding for banks and oil companies, which are under restrictions.

Moscow in response to the adoption of the law on sanctions decided to close the us Embassy staff access to the cottage in Serebryany Bor and warehouses in the South of the city.
