Moscow region Governor Andrei Vorobyov took part in the cheese festival “Three years of sanctions”, which takes place in the village of Dubrova the city district of Istra. On Friday, August 4, according to RIAMA.
The head of the region visited the fair, where farm products are 70 farms across the country, visited the Museum on the dairy Oleg Orphans, but also personally participated in the process of making cheese.
In addition, he interacted with the farmers and manufacturers of equipment for the dairy industry. The Governor recalled that the region has a program to support cheese production, which consists of compensation costs.
Cheese festival in Moscow organized for the third time. This year the event is held from 4 to 6 August. The festival is scheduled business program, exhibition-fair, master classes on cheese-making, competitions among breeders and manufacturers of equipment for the production of cheese.
