The Kremlin’s position on the question of the contract on differentiation of powers with Tatarstan will be presented later, said press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov. The correspondent reports about it “Газета.Ru”.

“When it deems it necessary, the position would be announced,” – said Peskov in response to a question about the Kremlin’s attitude to the question of the extension of the Treaty with Tatarstan.

Previously Peskov said that the Kremlin’s position on the issue of prolongation of the contract with Tatarstan will be formulated later.

The Treaty on the delimitation of powers was approved in July 2007 by the Federal act, which was signed by President of Russia Vladimir Putin. Currently, Tatarstan is the only Russian region that has such a contract.

Deputies of Tatarstan state Council urged Putin to extend the contract on differentiation of powers between Moscow and the region and leave the region, the job title “President”.
