Several Russian journalists due to violations of the dress code was not allowed to ASEAN forum
Several journalists from the Russian delegation did not get into the press center for coverage of the ASEAN forum, which was held in Manila.
Event organizers explained this by the fact that representatives of the Russian media came to the forum in jeans violated the dress code. “Only business suit”, — TASS quoted the organizers of the event.
Several journalists returned to the hotel to get changed and others went to buy clothes in the nearest store.
Earlier, the Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of state Rex Tillerson agreed to meet on the sidelines of the ASEAN forum in Manila. Mr. Lavrov at the forum will also hold talks with the head of the Chinese foreign Minister Wang Yi
