Diplomats in the national Filipino shirts, held hands at the gala dinner
The Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, together with his colleagues participated in the official gala dinner, which concluded the first day of the forum Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
By tradition, the diplomats involved in the event, simply change costumes for national dress of the host party. Special white livery with vertical red inserts fit the head of the foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation.
