MOSCOW, August 5. /TASS/. Attempts in the US to portray the Russian Ambassador spy the shameful and attest to the unhealthy trends in society. This was stated by former Russian Ambassador to the U.S. Sergey Kislyak in the program “Press conference” on TV channel “Russia 24”.

“I believe that all the talk about the fact that I, the Ambassador of the Russian Federation – spy, shameful for a country like America, he said. – What has now become normal to talk about how bugged the Russian Ambassador, as his phone stuck listening program – is becoming the new “normal” for America, but it is an unhealthy society.”

“The leadership of the FBI, in my opinion, made a statement that they still think I’m a diplomat, oddly enough,” – said Kislyak.

Communication with Flynn

Former Russian Ambassador to the US said that his communications with a former assistant to the American leader for national security by Michael Flynn on subjects that are important for cooperation between the two countries, in particular the fight against terrorism.
