MOSCOW, August 3. /TASS/. Simonovsky court of Moscow on Thursday fined the employee of the Fund of struggle against corruption (FBK), Leonid Volkov for 300 thousand rubles for repeated breach of the organisation of rallies. About TASS reported the press Secretary of the court Victor Vasiliev.

“Simonovsky court recognized Volkova guilty under part 8 of article 20.2 of the administrative code (“Repeated violation of rules for holding rallies and demonstrations”) and has appointed to it punishment in the form of administrative fine in the amount of 300 thousand rubles”, – said the representative of the court. Sanctions of this article provide punishment in the form of the administrative penalty to 300 thousand roubles or administrative arrest for up to 30 days.

22 Jun Simonovsky court recognized Volkova guilty under part 2 of article 20.2 of the administrative code (“Organizing or conducting a public event without filing in the prescribed manner notice of the public event”). Against him the court sentenced 5 days of administrative arrest for organizing uncoordinated activities.

Moscow authorities have agreed on a procession and an opposition rally on Sakharov Avenue in Moscow on June 12. On the evening of 11 June, a number the organizers of the rally urged to postpone action on Tverskaya street. As reported by the interior Ministry, police detained more than 150 people for participating in an unauthorized rally on Tverskaya street. The action was attended by a total of about 4.5 thousand.
