The explosion occurred yesterday in the village of Primorsk in the Gudauta district.

Moscow. August 3. INTERFAX.RU — the explosions at the ammunition depot in Abkhazia killed two tourists from Russia, said on Thursday “Interfax” press Secretary of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Republic of Mizan Lomia.

The third woman from Podolsk found alive with a broken arm. The owners of a private hotel where they were staying, confirmed that these three women never came back yesterday to the hotel,” said Lamia.

Earlier in the Ministry of health of Abkhazia reported, the total number of victims of the explosion of ammunition depot in Abkhazia was 60 people, the number of Russian tourists injured 35 people.

On August 2 at the ammunition depot of the defense Ministry of Abkhazia in the village of Primorsk in the Gudauta district, a series of explosions. At the meeting the President of the Republic Raul Khajimba has instructed Prime Minister Beslan Bartsits to create a special Commission that will determine the scope and extent of the damage and the amount of compensation that will be paid to all victims.
